This year, coLAB Arts is joining the Hatch—ArtYard’s biennial celebration of creative incubation and community—and we want you to be part of the magic! Featuring giant bird puppets, a 14-foot egg, storytelling, live music, and a joyful parade, the Hatch invites people from all walks of life to hatch from a giant egg and march together in a vibrant display of artistry and togetherness.

To bring a New Brunswick flock to the Hatch, we’re hosting two special workshops at coLAB Arts, where participants will design and build puppets and costumes to take part in the parade. No experience is necessary—just bring your imagination and a willingness to create something spectacular!

Este año, coLAB Arts se une al Hatch—la celebración bienal de incubación creativa y comunidad de ArtYard—¡y queremos que tú seas parte de la magia! Con marionetas de pájaros gigantes, un huevo de 14 pies, narración de historias, música en vivo y un alegre desfile, el Hatch invita a personas de todas las edades y procedencias a salir de un huevo gigante y marchar juntas en una vibrante muestra de arte y unidad. 

Para llevar una bandada de New Brunswick al Hatch, estamos organizando dos talleres especiales en coLAB Arts, donde los participantes diseñarán y construirán marionetas y disfraces para participar en el desfile. No se necesita experiencia—¡solo traer tu imaginación y ganas de crear algo espectacular!
