Come experience the inspiration for Thinkery & Verse’s October 2025 production of Macbeth, Shakespeare’s classic tale of lust, magic, & power reimagined in the year 1700 in Middlesex County, NJ. Throne of Blood is a 1957 Japanese classic film directed by Akira Kurosawa. The film transposes the plot of English dramatist William Shakespeare’s play Macbeth (1606) from Medieval Scotland to feudal Japan, with stylistic elements drawn from Noh drama.

Proceeds from the fundraiser will go toward actor and designer stipends. Thank you for supporting local artists!
