Art, Civics, and Social Justice

The coLAB Arts Summer Institute is a three-week program for children aged 8-18 to engage with real-world issues through arts-oriented activities, such as storytelling, sculptural design, music making, and creative movement. This work supports a collaborative space for students to strengthen personal connections with each other and the art they create. Additionally, students will gain opportunities to develop public speaking skills in a safe and supportive environment that enriches social and emotional well-being.

Three weeks, Monday-Friday 9am - 3pm.

Arte, Civismo y Justicia Social

El Instituto de Verano de coLAB Arts es un programa de tres semanas dirigido a niños y jóvenes entre las edades de 8 y 18 años para que se involucren con problemáticas del mundo real a través de actividades artísticas, como la narración de historias, los diseños escultórico, la creación musical y el movimiento creativo. Este trabajo promueve un espacio colaborativo donde estudiantes pueden fortalecer sus conexiones personales entre sí y con el arte que crean. Adicionalmente, los estudiantes tendrán la oportunidad de desarrollar habilidades de oratoria en un ambiente seguro y alentador que fomenta el sentido y enriquece el bienestar social y emocional.

Tres semanas, Lunes-Viernes 9am - 3pm.
