Devised Theater Institute 2025

We are looking for young artists interested in…

• Creative Collaboration

• Social Advocacy

• Theatrical Experimentation

Over the course of six days, a team of experienced professional artists will guide you through the process of discovery, research, and design,  culminating in two showcase performances on the final day.

coLAB Arts Summer Institute uses the arts as a lens to learn how to fully respond to and influence culture and community. Participants will learn a wide range of skills and techniques to become civic change-makers. Students will work on storytelling, design, music, and movement.

Ages: 13-18

Dates: Monday, July 7 - Friday, July 11 9AM-4PM & Saturday, July 12 10AM-9PM

Location: coLAB Arts Studio, 9 Bayard St. New Brunswick

Tuition Fee: $700

*We are unable at this time to provide scholarships for this program. The tuition cost is the true cost. If you have an extreme financial need, please contact the Director of Education directly.
