Chronicling the mythical DIY drag collective La Gatita (@lagatitanb) based in New Brunswick, NJ, this production marks the sixth year of the TrueSelves art project in partnership between the Pride Center of New Jersey and coLAB Arts.

Join the JenLoveProject.org and Black and Pink NYC in collaboration with the Pride Center of NJ and coLAB Arts, for a special drop in community event to write holiday cards for our LGBTQIA2S+ community members who are currently incarcerated, with a special performance by Jennifer Love!

New Brunswick’s premier DIY drag venue is all about us getting some we’ll deserved rest 😴

Show is Friday, November 17th! Doors and DJ set by @sleepyclerb open at 7:30 and show will promptly start at 8:45! BE ON TIME! We’ll be out of face masks and nail polish super early 💅🏽

We’re also hosting this show in collaboration with the Pride Center of NJ! The address will be at 9 BAYARD STREET, New Brunswick NJ at the coLAB arts center!

The venue is also wheelchair accesible!

Truelove is coLAB Arts’ newest addition to the Trueselves oral history and storytelling project. Truelove is a documentary theater piece about the allies and advocates of our transgender community.
